She has a Bachelor’s in Textile Designing from the University of Karachi and holds other diplomas and certificates like CIT, a Diploma of Fashion Designing from NSA, Certified in Quran Fehmi course, and is certified in Lughatul Arabia. She started her career as a Fashion Designer from 2010 to 2013, working at Soorty Enterprises. Ltd. Soon after that, Tabassum efficiently started her own business in the year 2013. However, her religious inclination urged her to switch career paths.
She started learning multiple Islamic courses from the platform of Tanzeem-e-Islami and became an active member of the platform in 2014.
